Prefabrication of steel elements:

To facilitate welding and ensure welding quality, try to perform butt welding on the steel floor platform according to the dimensions specified in the design drawings. Try to perform butt welding on the columns, reinforcement plates, connecting plates, bearing plates, and beams (beams).
In addition to manufacturing and assembling prefabricated steel components on steel platforms according to design drawings and specifications, it is also necessary to consider the manufacturability of on-site assembly and changes in installation dimensions.
