Safety measures

1.Build and develop a safety system. 4.Lifting equipment and tools are specially managed to ensure their safe use. When disassembling and lifting large components, the length and diameter of the cable should be reasonably selected.

5.Manufacturing enterprises should be familiar with various safety issues in their work and strictly follow safety operating procedures. If installation can endanger the safety of adjacent buildings, appropriate protective measures must be taken to evacuate and mobilize personnel inside the buildings.

6. Operators entering the site must wear safety protective equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to work after drinking.

7.When the project is suspended, it is necessary to cut off the power, inspect the construction site, confirm that there is no anxiety, and then you can leave. Any uncertainties discovered during the construction period must be promptly eliminated. Otherwise, the operator has the right to refuse operation.

9. Before installation, if unsafe factors are detected during the demonstration work, the construction unit should check the condition of the variable pipelines in the building before construction, confirm that all pipelines have been closed, and take appropriate emergency measures. If construction stops, the site will be protected and the responsible department will be notified in a timely manner.

10. Strengthen the lighting during construction at night, and assign special personnel to supervise and coordinate with each other when operating up and down. Do not throw things down arbitrarily.

11. Appropriate fire prevention measures should be developed based on the working conditions of the demolition project construction site.
Fire truck access should be installed on site to provide sufficient firefighting water. Waste oil and on-site waste should not be discharged arbitrarily and should be treated together. If the fuel is contaminated, sufficient fire extinguishing systems should be equipped on site for firefighting and anti slip work.

12. All kinds of equipment and materials should be stacked neatly, and the remaining materials should be cleaned up in time.

13. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to collect or stack materials on the platform. The operator must stand on a stable structure or scaffold to operate, and be equipped with safety ropes when working at height.

14. After the construction is completed, clean the site so that the work is completed, the materials are exhausted, and the site is cleared.
