Main load-bearing welds are completed by automatic submerged arc welding robots, with parameters strictly controlled according to AWS D1.5M standards; 100% non-destructive testing (UT/MT) is performed on all key welds to eliminate defects, and the weld seam has excellent fatigue resistance to adapt to long-term heavy traffic loads
Anti-corrosion Treatment Detail
Adopts a three-layer anti-corrosion system: surface shot blasting to Sa2.5 level, then epoxy zinc-rich primer, intermediate epoxy micaceous iron oxide paint, and top polyurethane anti-corrosion paint; or integral hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc layer thickness of 85-120μm, which can effectively resist atmospheric corrosion, rain erosion and road salt corrosion
Quality Control System
Implements full-process quality control: incoming raw material inspection (chemical composition and mechanical property testing of steel), blanking dimensional inspection (CNC cutting error ≤0.5mm), welding process inspection, anti-corrosion layer thickness testing, and factory pre-assembly inspection; each process has a corresponding quality report, and the finished product can provide a complete quality traceability file
Installation & Adaptability
