We offer multiple truss configurations: Warren (zigzag diagonals for uniform loads), Pratt (diagonals slope to centre for heavy loads), Howe (diagonals slope away for shorter spans), or custom lattice for tailored geometry. Full shop drawings, erection plans, and connection details are provided with every project.

Fabrication & Quality Assurance
All fabrication is carried out in our ISO 9001-certified facility with advanced CNC equipment. Precision cutting and drilling ensure exact member lengths and accurate hole positioning—no field rework required.

Components are assembled on dedicated jigs to maintain consistent geometry, with welding performed by EN ISO 9606-1 certified welders using approved WPS. Rigorous quality control includes dimensional verification against shop drawings, visual inspection of all welds, NDT (UT/MT) on critical joints as required, and coating thickness verification.

Surface treatment options include abrasive blast to Sa2.5 followed by zinc-rich primer (75μm) and optional topcoat, or hot-dip galvanizing per EN ISO 1461 with mean coating thickness ≥85μm.
