This AISC CE Certified Demountable Relocatable Q345 Steel Warehouse is tailor-made for short-term and cyclic storage demands that traditional fixed steel buildings cannot satisfy. The whole structural system abandons permanent welding design, every beam, column and enclosure component adopts split bolted connection, enabling full disassembly, transportation and secondary assembly on another construction site.
Constructed with reliable Q345B steel, the warehouse strictly follows AISC 360-16 and EU EN1090 CE manufacturing standards. It delivers complete enclosed storage space while retaining full mobility. Ideal for temporary construction stock yards, periodic exhibition storage areas and seasonal agricultural grain depots, it effectively cuts repeated construction expenditure for project contractors, farm operators and event organizers.

Reusable Structural Design Logic

The core design focus of this relocatable warehouse is repeat utilization. All load-bearing H-beam frames are processed with standardized positioning bolt holes without any fixed welded joints. Once the temporary service cycle ends, workers can take apart all steel components in reverse assembly order without damaging any structural parts.
Q345B steel maintains stable mechanical performance after multiple rounds of disassembly and assembly, avoiding bending or fracture caused by repeated handling. 3. Full Split Structural Composition
The movable warehouse adopts simple lightweight portal frame layout, divided into three independent detachable modules: main bearing frame system, wall & roof enclosure system and stabilizing auxiliary system.
Main frame: Split Q345B galvanized H-beam columns and rafters, connected via detachable flange bolt joints;
Auxiliary stabilizing system: Disassembled galvanized purlins, cross bracings and tie bars to strengthen lateral stability;
Enclosure system: Separable wall and roof panels with quick-lock edge structure, easy to strip off before relocation. 
All connecting bolts are high-strength hot-dip galvanized fasteners, resistant to rust during repeated disassembly work.
