Product Description

Our Pre-Engineered Steel Truss is specifically developed for warehouses and production halls where fast construction and operational efficiency are critical. Unlike conventional stick-built structures, our truss system is fully engineered, shop-fabricated, and pre-assembled for verification before delivery. Every component is cut, drilled, welded, and marked to match precise erection drawings—so your site crew can bolt the structure together quickly and accurately.
The triangular lattice configuration delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, enabling wide, column-free interior spans that maximise usable space for storage racking, production lines, and material flow.
Key Advantages – Why Choose Our Pre-Engineered Truss
Pre-Engineered Steel Truss Offering Rapid Installation for Warehouse and Production Halls
Rapid Installation
All members are pre-cut to exact length, pre-drilled for bolted connections, and clearly tagged for easy identification. On-site erection requires only simple bolting—no cutting, no welding, no rework. This reduces field labour and shortens the construction schedule significantly compared to conventional methods.
Cost-Effective Construction
Factory fabrication minimises material waste and ensures consistent quality. The truss design uses less steel than solid-web beams for the same span and load, lowering both material costs and foundation requirements.
Column-Free Interiors
The truss geometry allows spans customised to your project without intermediate columns, creating open floor plans ideal for high-bay storage, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
Factory-Controlled Quality
All fabrication occurs under ISO 9001-certified conditions with precision CNC equipment. Every weld, cut, and hole is inspected before shipping—eliminating the quality risks of on-site fabrication.
Design Flexibility
We offer multiple truss configurations and can tailor the design to your specific span, roof slope, load conditions, and seismic requirements (AISC 341 or Eurocode 8 available).
Engineering & Customisation – Tailored to Your Facility
Our in-house structural engineering team provides complete design services using advanced software:
• Tekla Structures for 3D modelling and clash detection
• STAAD Pro for structural analysis and member optimisation
• AISC 360 / MBMA / Eurocode 3 design codes (your choice)
We consider all project-specific loads:
• Dead loads (self-weight, roofing, insulation)
• Live loads (maintenance, equipment)
• Environmental loads (snow, wind, seismic per local codes)
• Operational loads (cranes, conveyors, suspended systems)
We deliver full shop drawings, erection plans, and connection details—all members are dimensioned and tagged to match the drawings.
Material – Certified Steel with Full Traceability
Pre-Engineered Steel Truss Offering Rapid Installation for Warehouse and Production Halls
We source prime structural steel exclusively from certified mills with established quality track records. Every steel delivery is accompanied by complete Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) confirming chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat numbers—ensuring full material traceability from the mill to your finished truss.
We supply several steel grade options to match your project specifications:
• S355JR (EN 10025-2) – the European standard grade offering minimum yield strength of 355 MPa (for thickness up to 16mm) and tensile strength of 470–630 MPa. This grade is widely used in heavy-duty, large-span truss applications across European and international projects.
• Q355B (GB/T 1591) – the Chinese equivalent to S355JR, delivering comparable yield and tensile properties with the added advantage of superior low-temperature impact toughness (minimum 34J at -20°C), making it an excellent choice for colder climates.
• ASTM A572 Gr.50 – the American standard grade with minimum yield strength of 345 MPa (for thickness up to 40mm), ideal for projects requiring AISC or ASTM compliance.
For each steel grade, we maintain strict control over the Carbon Equivalent Value (CEV) —typically ≤0.45%—to ensure excellent weldability with all common welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, SAW). This eliminates the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking during fabrication and guarantees sound, durable welds throughout the truss structure.
All steel sections are fully traceable—each component is linked to its original heat number, and we retain all documentation for your project file. Upon request, we can also supply alternative grades such as S275JR for lighter applications or higher-strength options for specialised requirements.
Fabrication & Inspection – Precision Manufacturing
Our fabrication facility is equipped with advanced CNC machinery and follows a strict production workflow:
Cutting & Drilling
CNC machines ensure accurate cutting to length and exact hole positioning for all bolted connections. Holes are drilled to AISC/EN 1090 tolerances—no field drilling required.
Assembly & Welding
Components are assembled on dedicated jigs to maintain consistent geometry. Welding is performed by certified welders using approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) for SMAW, GMAW, or SAW processes.
Inspection & Testing
• Dimensional checks against shop drawings
• Visual inspection of all welds
• NDT (Ultrasonic Testing on butt welds, Magnetic Particle on surface defects) when specified or required by execution class
• Coating thickness verification using magnetic gauges
Surface Treatment
• Standard: Abrasive blast to Sa2.5 → Zinc-rich primer (75μm DFT) → Optional epoxy/polyurethane topcoat
• Upgrade: Hot-dip galvanizing per EN ISO 1461 (mean ≥85μm)
Marking & Packing
Every member is stencilled with a unique erection tag matching the assembly drawing—enabling fast, error-free installation.
Quality Assurance – Built on Standards
We operate a comprehensive quality system that goes beyond routine inspection:
• ISO 9001 – certified quality management
• Full material traceability – heat numbers linked to MTCs
• Qualified welders – with approved WPS and PQR
• In-process inspection – checks at every fabrication stage
• Pre-shipment verification – final dimensional and visual inspection
• Third-party inspection – we welcome SGS, BV, TÜV, or your chosen inspector at any stage
This ensures that every truss delivered meets your project specifications and performs reliably over its design life.
