Material Selection	ASTM A709 Grade 36 / 50 / 50W. Weathering steel (ASTM A588) available for unpainted, low-maintenance option. Mill certificates provided.
Fabrication Tolerances	AISC Class B standard: member length ±2mm, hole alignment ±1.5mm, camber tolerance +0/-10mm.
Connection Design	Bolted connections using Grade 8.8 or 10.9 bolts. Slip-critical or bearing-type as per design. Pre-set torque values marked on each bolt group.

Raw Material – Mill test certificates (MTC) verified for chemical and mechanical properties
Cutting & Drilling – CNC cutting ±1mm accuracy; drilled holes checked with go/no-go gauge
Welding – AWS D1.5M certified welders; ultrasonic testing (UT) on all main load-carrying welds
Assembly Fit-up – Pre-shipment dry assembly of each module in our yard
Surface Coating – Thickness measured with magnetic gauge; adhesion test performed
Third-party inspection from SGS, BV, TÜV, or buyer's nominated agent is accepted at all stages.
