Aluminum louvers are made of lightweight and durable aluminum material, they are known for their strength, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance requirements, making them perfect for exterior applications where they are exposed to the elements, which makes them a popular choice for commercial and industrial buildings, as well as residential homes.

Installation Instructions
1, Measure the size of the outer frame
Before installing aluminum alloy louvers, we need to measure the dimensions of the outer frame. Measure the dimensions of the top, middle, and bottom * width of the window from left to right, based on the suitable width of the outer frame; Measure the left, center, and right dimensions of the window from top to bottom, based on the suitable width of the outer frame
2, Measure the size of the inner frame.
Next, use the same method as above to measure the size of the inner frame, in order to determine the depth of the window and ensure that the louver has sufficient free space for movement. Different installation methods require different window depths: for fixed or flat installation, a depth of 8cm is required. For push-pull installation, in addition to considering the width of the product blades, the number of layers for installing the product in the oven is also considered. Generally, for two-layer push-pull installation, a depth of 15cm is required to ensure blade movement, and for a single fan, a depth of 10cm is required; Folding installation requires a reserved depth of 10cm.
3, Determine the window depth.
Adding the installation of aluminum alloy blinds is not a painful method, and the depth of the window also varies. Its purpose is to allow the louver blades to move freely enough. The window is not a regular rectangular window, and the width or height difference at each measurement position is within 5mm, which will not affect the production and installation of the louver; If it is greater than 5mm, wooden blocks need to be added on both sides or up and down to compensate for the irregularity of the window, and the blinds should be installed on the wooden blocks.
